4. Affordability Calculator Disclaimer
The AffordAbility Calculator and any mortgage calculations provided through the Services are for general informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on the information you provide and standard assumptions. They do not constitute a mortgage pre-approval, pre-qualification, or commitment to lend. Always consult a licensed mortgage professional for personalized advice.
5. MLS® and Real Estate Data
Listing data displayed on MoveFaster.ca is provided by the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton (RAE) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) under license. The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, REALTOR®, and REALTORS® are owned or controlled by CREA. Data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate. MoveFaster.ca makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing data.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MoveFaster.ca or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
